We Set Out to Change the Septic Industry. Today It Begins.

Today we are publishing this post as our commitment to our fellow citizens, to the people of the United States, on a website that just went live. Friends, colleagues, the decision has been made. Septex is open. We have a lot of work ahead to bring what we envisioned to life.

Where It All Started

In 2017, we started pumping septic tanks in Washington State. One pump truck. A family business. Watching how other companies operated, we quickly understood that we needed to be different: do the work right, do everything on time, and get it right the first time. Reading reviews of other companies, we realized we had no right to push unnecessary services on clients or raise prices after work had already started.

Years passed. Clients came back. Neighbors referred neighbors. We launched our own website, invested in search marketing and advertising, and kept bringing in more clients without ever compromising on quality. By 2026, based on our revenue and the number of homeowners we had served, we had become one of the leading local septic operators in Western Washington.

And that is when we understood: the honest, reliable business we had built at home was exactly what the rest of the country needed.

Why Septex

We did not create Septex to become a large national corporation. We created Septex because the septic services industry in the USA today looks like chaos. There is no system in it, most of the time.

Thousands of small companies with no unified standards. Clients who do not know who to trust. Homeowners who get misled on repairs, overcharged, and never called back. Good local operators who do honest work but cannot get enough clients to grow.

We decided to change that.

What Septex Is

Septex is not a franchise and not a corporation that buys up local companies. Septex is a partner network of like-minded professionals, bringing together the best family-owned local septic operators across the country.

We find those who know their land, hold all required licenses, work with their own equipment, and do their job the right way. We give them the system, the clients, and the support. They deliver quality on the ground. After every visit, our quality control team calls the client and asks one simple question: was everything done the way we promised? This is not words on a website. This is a system we built over years of real-world experience.

Where We Are Today

We already have partners, local septic companies ready to operate under Septex standards. In the coming weeks, the first state, county, and city pages will go live on septex.org, covering every area where Septex already provides a full range of septic services. Real addresses. Real specialists. Real phone numbers.

If you are a homeowner in one of these regions, you will soon be able to go to our website, find your city, and call a specialist who lives right in your area and works to standards we personally oversee.

What Comes Next

We are not rushing. Every new partner goes through a personal vetting process. Our inspector visits each candidate in person, observes how they work, and reviews their equipment and licenses. Only those who share our values make it into the network.

In the next year, you will hear about us. You will find us on Google and in AI recommendations as one of the best septic companies in the country, in every state, county, and city where septic systems exist. We are building something that has never existed before. And we are confident it will succeed, because what we are doing is needed by every American homeowner with a septic system.
